Medically fragile children are frequently on a dozen or more medications, several of them high-alert, on schedules that shift after every specialist appointment. Keeping that straight is a clinical job, and doing it at 2am while exhausted is how good parents make understandable mistakes.
Our nurses administer to physician orders, reconcile the list after every change, watch for interactions and side effects, and keep the pharmacy ahead of your refills instead of behind them.

Cost
For qualifying families, there is no out-of-pocket cost
Medication Management is covered by Georgia Medicaid through the Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP) for eligible children under 21. We complete the funding paperwork on your behalf — most families are approved within 30 days.
