Pediatric home health nursing jobs in Atlanta, Georgia

One patient a shift. Real clinical support behind you. Hours that fit your life. If you became a nurse to actually care for someone, private duty pediatrics is the closest the job gets to the reason.

Why nurse with us

The reason nurses leave the floor

Six patients, three of them declining, one call bell you cannot get to, and a chart you finish forty minutes after your shift ended. You know the arithmetic. It is not that nurses stop caring. It is that the ratio makes caring impossible.

Private duty pediatrics changes the arithmetic. One child, one shift, one family who is glad you are there. You have time to do the assessment properly, time to teach the parent, and time to catch the small thing at hour two instead of hour nine.

What you get

What is actually different here

Every agency says compassionate and flexible. Here is the specific version.

One patient. Not six.

Private duty nursing is one-to-one. You get a whole shift with one child, which means you can actually assess, actually teach, and actually notice the change before the monitor does.

Clinical support that answers

An RN supervisor who knows your case, visits the home and picks up the phone. You are not the only clinician in the house and then alone with the decision.

Shifts that fit your life

Days, nights, weekends, part-time or full-time. Tell us the hours you can hold consistently and we build around them. Consistency is worth more to us than volume.

Competitive pay, honestly quoted

Pay is set by license, experience and case acuity, and we tell you the rate before you interview. Ventilator and trach-trained nurses earn more, because the skill is worth more.

No commute chaos

One home, one shift. Not seven visits across four counties with charting in the car between them. We match you to cases near where you actually live.

Trained on the real equipment

We competency-check you on the child’s actual ventilator and circuit before your first shift. You walk in prepared, not improvising.

Work that stays with you

You will know your patient’s baseline, their family and their milestones. That is why nurses stay with us.

Our son came home on a ventilator after eleven months in the hospital. The nurse knew his machine before she walked in the door. He has not been readmitted since.

Father of a ventilator-dependent childGwinnett County

That nurse was competency-checked on his ventilator before her first shift. That is the standard we hire and train to.
